Terms of Service

Last updated: 9 July 2026

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the trackmytrade.live website and application (the "Service"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. What the Service is

trackmytrade.live is a personal trade‑journaling and market‑research tool. It lets you record your trades, organise watchlists, run a technical (RSI + MACD) scanner over market data supplied by third parties, and receive alerts you configure. It is a software tool only.

2. Not investment advice

The Service does not provide investment, financial, legal or tax advice, and nothing in it constitutes a recommendation or an offer or solicitation to buy or sell any security or financial instrument. Signals, indicators, prices and analytics are informational only and may be delayed, incomplete or inaccurate. Trading and investing carry a risk of loss. You are solely responsible for your own decisions and for verifying any information before acting on it.

3. Eligibility & your account

You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract to use the Service. You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide, for keeping your password secure, and for all activity under your account. Notify us promptly of any unauthorised use.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to: use the Service unlawfully; attempt to disrupt, attack, reverse‑engineer or gain unauthorised access to the Service or its infrastructure; scrape, resell or redistribute market data obtained through the Service in breach of the data providers' terms; or use the Service to infringe the rights of others.

5. Third‑party data and services

Market data is provided by third‑party sources (for example Twelve Data) and is subject to their terms and limitations. Alerts are delivered through third‑party channels you choose (such as Telegram or email). We do not control and are not responsible for the accuracy, availability or timeliness of third‑party data or delivery.

6. Availability and changes

The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We may add, change, suspend or discontinue features at any time, and we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error‑free operation.

7. Disclaimers and limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Service is provided without warranties of any kind, and we shall not be liable for any trading or investment losses, or for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or for losses arising from inaccurate data, delayed or undelivered alerts, or downtime. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law.

8. Termination

You may stop using the Service and request deletion of your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these Terms or where necessary to protect the Service or other users.

9. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the date above; your continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.

10. Governing law & contact

These Terms are governed by the laws of [your jurisdiction]. Questions about these Terms can be sent to support@trackmytrade.live.

This is a general template provided to get you started and is not legal advice. Please review and adapt it — including the operating entity, jurisdiction and contact details — with a qualified professional before relying on it.
